  1. She gets her staff onboard. Everyone is engaged.
  2. She Does lots of planning well in advance.
  3. She prepares her list carefully.
  4. She intensely focuses on her top 500 clients.

  • REVIEW SECOND PHONE SCRIPT WHICH IS TO BE USED AFTER CLIENTS RECEIVE THEIR INVITATION.

Week 2

Have a store meeting to discuss event.

  • WATCH THE WEEK 1 TRAINING VIDEO AND DISCUSS.
  • DISCUSS FINAL STRATEGY FOR CALLING AND INCREASING ATTENDANCE. (See Some Ideas Below)
  1. Review phone scripts. Discuss what is working and intensify action.
  2. Designate one or two evenings just before the event for a phone calling party. Bring in dinner and have everyone make calls together. Give prizes and make it a friendly competition.
    1. Reconfirm all clients who have voiced an interest and made some sort of commitment to attend. Remember that peoples memories are generally short.
    1. Send texts to clients who do not answer their phone and then follow up with them by phone or additional text.
    1. Change the voice mail on the store phone to announce the event.
    1. Place signage outside the store on the sidewalk announcing event.
    1. Brainstorm ways to reach clients who have so far been unreachable.
